Maturing is realizing you can't be around everybody.
Some people are carrying brokenness they refuse to heal, & no matter how much love or loyalty you give, broken glass will always cut you. It's not about being better than anyone-it's about protecting your peace, your growth, & your future.
You can't build solid foundations with people who only know how to destroy. It’s not your job to fix or bleed for anyone. Protect your peace. Choose people who lift you up.
