You know what, allow yourself to feel what you feel. I've been feeling pretty positive today and there's always that lingering feeling in the back of my head that this is only of time and not true because I know that I will feel sad and demotivated again. So? who cares?
Feel what you wanna feel, allow yourself to be happy and allow yourself to be sad. It's okay not to be happy all the time. Don't dramatize it and try to look forward: you will be okay again. and when u do just embrace it.
