I'm a woman

I do not want to be remembered as a woman who was always exhausted.

I do not want to be remembered as a woman who was always stressed, always busy, always rushing, always holding herself together and pushing through.

“I would like to be remembered as a relaxed woman, a compassionate woman, a curious, joyful, pleasure-loving woman.”

• A woman who works hard and rests deeply, who loves fiercely and lives peacefully.

• A woman who knows her worth and her power, who accepts her imperfections and her vulnerabilities, who embraces her limitations and possibilities.

• A woman who laughs and cries and aches and loves and is enchanted by the mess and magic and mundaneness of this beautiful, shimmering life.

Aging is not for the weak

Aging is not for the weak.

One day you wake up and realize that your youth is gone, but along with it, so go insecurity, haste, and the need to please...

You learn to walk more slowly, but with greater certainty. You say goodbye without fear, and you cherish those who stay.

Aging means letting go, it means accepting, it means discovering that beauty was never in our skin...

but in the story we carry inside us.

Life is too short to waste

Life is too short to waste on negativity. I am not interested in fighting, hating, blaming, or being petty with whatever time I have left. My focus is on living, loving, and finding happiness.

There was a time when I cared too much about what others thought, held onto grudges, and let small things steal my peace. But I have learned that none of it truly matters. Anger and resentment only drain energy. Blame and hate only make the heart heavier. Life is not meant to be lived in constant conflict.

Now, I choose peace. I choose love. I choose happiness. I want to wake up with gratitude, spend time with people who bring me joy, and focus on what truly matters. Arguments and negativity have no place in my life anymore. Instead, I embrace laughter, kindness, and meaningful moments.

I want to be surrounded by love not just in relationships but in the way I live each day. I want to cherish my family, appreciate my friends, and take care of my own well-being.

At the end of the day, life is not about who was right or wrong. It’s about the moments we create, the love we give, and the peace we choose to protect.

What’s coming will always be greater than what’s gone

If someone is truly meant for you, you don’t have to hold on too tightly or fear losing them. What’s meant for you will always find its way, no matter what. You don’t need to chase, beg, or fight for love. Real love stays, not because you force it, but because it belongs to you.

If it’s written in your destiny, nothing can take it away. And if it’s not meant for you, no matter how much effort you put in, it just won’t work. Letting go may feel painful, but sometimes it’s life’s way of making space for something better. Trust the process, because what’s coming will always be greater than what’s gone.

Every person has three faces

The Japanese say that every person has three faces. The first face is the one we show the world. It is the version of ourselves that is shaped by society’s expectations. We smile, act polite, and try to be accepted. This is the face that hides our fears, struggles, and insecurities.

The second face is the one we show to our close friends and family. This face is more real. With our loved ones, we express our emotions more freely. We share our joys and pains, our dreams and worries. They see a side of us that the world does not. Yet, even with them, we may hold back certain thoughts and feelings.

The third face is the one no one ever sees. This is our truest self—the version of us that exists when we are alone. It holds our deepest thoughts, fears, desires, and dreams. It is where our true nature lives, without the influence of others.

Understanding these three faces helps us realize that everyone is more complex than they appear. It reminds us to be kind, as we never truly know what someone is going through. It also encourages us to reflect on who we really are when no one is watching. After all, the truest version of ourselves is the one we must live with forever.

Cherish the rare souls

When you have friend who check on you, supports you, and wants nothing but the best for you without any hidden motives is a rare gift. In a world where many relationships are built on convenience and self-interest, genuine friends stand out like gems. Such souls are hard to find.

These friends don’t call or message because they need something. They reach out simply to see how you’re doing. They celebrate your wins, comfort you during tough times, and offer honest advice when you need it. Their care is pure, without expecting anything in return.

These friends are like family. They see the best in you, even when you can’t see it yourself. They remind you of your worth, encourage you to chase your dreams, and offer comfort when life gets tough. They respect your boundaries and understand your silence, yet they are always just a call away.

If you have such a friend, hold onto them. Nurture the relationship, express your gratitude, and be just as supportive in return. True friendships are not measured by the number of years but by the depth of care and understanding.

Cherish these rare souls, because friends who genuinely wish you well are priceless. They are a reminder that kindness and loyalty still exist. And in a world that often feels overwhelming, having a friend like that is a beautiful blessing.

The Colors We Carry

 The Colors We Carry

Gold is the warmth of a hand in yours,

the quiet glow of morning light on your skin.

Blue is the deep breath before a dream,

the way the sky holds you when you need space to be.

Green is laughter tangled in the grass,

the feeling of running with nowhere to be but here.

Red is the fire in your chest when you love,

when you fight, when you refuse to fade.

Silver is the hush of midnight thoughts,

the shimmer of hope even in the dark.

And you—

you are every color at once,

wild, soft, radiant,

a masterpiece in motion.

Be positive towards yourself and others

"We don’t know when the last goodbye will come, but in the present, we do our best to make people around us feel loved and respected. So, please be positive toward yourself and those around you."

I love you the most

“When I say I love you more, I don't mean I love you more than you love me. I mean I love you more than the bad days ahead of us, I love you more than any fight we will ever have. I love you more than the distance between us, I love you more than any obstacle that could try and come between us. I love you the most.”

Don't compare yourself to others

Don't compare yourself to others. Realize your own worth, your own light, your own purpose ...

Which can be more beautiful than you can imagine

There's no comparison between the sun, the moon and the stars, yet they light up the same sky each in their own glorious way ...

Value yourself enough to walk away

"Know your worth; you're not meant to be anyone's second choice or secret."

Refuse to be a mistrëss or a third party in someone else's relationship.

You deserve love, honesty, and respect.

Don't settle for anything less than being someone's priority, not an option.

And above all, do not hurt the wife or girlfriend in the relationship; remember, what goes around comes around.

Value yourself enough to walk away from situations that undermine your worth.

Never downplay your own worth

Never downplay your own worth, you are deserving of kindness and care just as much as the next person.

When you fail to stay true to your needs, you are actually giving permission to other people to treat you the same way.

Only you can set the standards for what you are prepared to accommodate.

Set the bar high and watch what happens.

The people who truly care about you will be happy to give you the love and respect that you deserve.

The people that don't care will gradually drop off and move on to find other caring people who meet their requirements, without having to reciprocate the kindness of others.

Every relationship should be about giving and receiving, so make sure you love yourself sufficiently to give yourself the same consideration that you give others.

And when you try to be kind to everyone, I hope you include yourself too ...

Love is not about keeping score

You take care of the rent, I will cover the groceries.

If you drive, I will make sure the tank is full.

If you do the dishes, I will set the table.

If you pick the movie, I will bring the snacks.

If you do the laundry, I will put everything away.

If you cook, I will clean up after.

Love is not about keeping score or making sure everything is split down the middle. Some days, one gives more, and the other catches up later. What matters is knowing you are both trying, both showing up, and both making the load a little lighter.

Because at the end of the day, it is not about who did what, it is about knowing you are in this together.

It 𝘵𝘰𝘰𝘬 𝘢 𝘭𝘰𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘢𝘨𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘮𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘬𝘦𝘦𝘱 𝘨𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘨

Your actions told me to stop, so I did.

Your actions told me to stop, so I did.

It wasn’t the words you didn’t say, but the ones your behavior screamed loud and clear. You pulled away, you shut down, and you left me with no choice but to step back.

I wanted to keep fighting, to keep trying, but your actions showed me there was nothing left to fight for. So I stopped. I let go. Because sometimes, the hardest thing to do is listen to what isn’t being said and respect the truth it reveals.

No one’s feelings about you

No one’s feelings about you should ever overpower the facts of who you are.

You can’t control the words, beliefs, or actions of others but you can control your own.

It’s not about the world liking you.

It’s about knowing, understanding, and loving yourself.

A painful world 🌎

Not everyone sees this side of me. The side that cries in the quiet of the night, the side that feels the weight of unspoken pain. I wear a mask of happiness, a smile that hides the storm raging within. You see me laughing, engaging, maybe even radiating joy, but you don't see the tears that fall silently, the frustrations that simmer beneath the surface.

Sometimes, I wish I could just let it all out, let the tears flow freely without fear of judgment. But the fear of burdening others, of exposing my vulnerability, keeps me trapped in this silent struggle.

It's a lonely place, this world of hidden pain. I'm not sure how much longer I can keep it all bottled up. Maybe one day, I'll find the courage to let my true self shine, to shed the mask and reveal the raw, vulnerable heart that beats beneath. Until then, I'll keep smiling, keep pretending, keep carrying the weight of my unspoken pain.

I am learning to live again

If you see me laughing,

Staying out with friends,

Dancing to a song I used to love

let me.

There was a time when I couldn't face the world

when the weight of everything kept me locked inside.

When even a simple conversation felt impossible

When even answering a text felt too much.

But here I am

I am learning to live again,

I am rebuilding,

piece by piece.

You are safe here

 "You can talk to me

  when your heart is heavy.

You can come to me

  when your thoughts are loud.

 Your heart is safe here.

You're safe here."❤

Quote

"The best thing you can do is learn how to be happy alone.. people will always come and go.. relationships will end, friendships won’t always last..but no matter what, just make sure you don’t lose yourself while losing people!" 🤍🫀

Everybody looks okay

Everybody looks okay; until you have a deep conversation with them.

Then you realize that it is more complex than it seems; more difficult; tougher.

Beyond laughs, pretty photos, and exotic places, we are all struggling for peace, belonging, and love.

No one's born to fade away

There's a lovely, gentle lady, who lives a quiet life,

Has spent some years alone, not a mother, nor a wife.

She has a cat called 'Timmy' he's always on her lap,

She feeds him only salmon, and he's ok with that!

She doesn't really leave the house, she's happy in her place;

She finds the world so harsh and loud, prefers her quiet space.

No energy to even think of finding company,

So she sits there on her own, and let's the world just be.

She wears such lovely dresses as she floats around her home.

She plays her favourite music, often dances on her own,

And when she does, she sometimes gets a little spark of light,

Reminding her of all the truth she's hiding deep inside...

She's accepted that life's passed her by, no energy to fight.

She's accepted that this world is hard, it's tough to find the light.

She's accepted she's not needed and she'll fade into the night.

She's accepted, but it hurts, for her heart knows that's a lie

A voice inside her whispers "There's still more time to live,

The world so needs your light, you've so much love to give."

Her truth pours out in rivers, sends tingles to her skin.

In that moment she has choice: lie it out, or look within.

Not one of us is born to fade, though some get lost in night.

We're born to fill with light and then explode into the sky.

Each one of us so special but many hide away,

So many unknown children that still have time to play.

There's a hidden constellation behind so many doors,

There's stars that choose to dim their light, lose faith in evermore,

But it only takes a moment to find that shine again;

It only takes a change in thought to break free from the chains.

Every single star makes this universal love,

The night can be so dark till we send our shine above.

I hope one day she finds the strength to feel her truth again,

For everyone holds sparkle - no one's born to fade away.

It’s unfair how people only focus on our mistakes

It’s unfair how people only focus on the mistakes you've made, but never acknowledge the times you stayed by their side when they were struggling and when you understood them, even when they couldn't understand themselves.

Love isn't about grand gestures

Sometimes, love isn’t about how much time you spend together, but about how much effort you put into making each other feel special.

A simple "I miss you" can mean the world.

A random call just to check in can brighten someone’s day.

The little things—thoughtful words, small surprises, and consistent care—are what truly matter.

Love isn't about grand gestures; it's about showing up, even in the smallest ways, every single day. ❤️

Appreciate the person while they're there

When you hurt people with a good heart, you may not notice an immediate reaction.

They won’t raise their voice, they won’t accuse you, and they won’t cause a scene.

They will carry their pain in silence, remaining warm and compassionate, just as you’ve always known them.

But deep down in their hearts, something changes.

They begin to walk away, not out of revenge, but out of a clear acceptance of reality.

Little by little, they create distance, leaving without dramatic goodbyes and without looking back.

These are the people who trusted you completely and valued you sincerely.

When their trust is betrayed, it doesn’t crumble suddenly; it gradually fades, leaving them with no choice but to protect their inner peace.

They will remain kind and compassionate, but they will never look at you the same way again.

Remember, the loss of a good soul is an irreversible loss.

Appreciate them while they're there, because once they’re gone, they’re not coming back.

No woman wants a weak-minded man

No woman wants a weak-minded man who entertains every little bit of attention that comes his way.

If you're in a relationship, respect it. Flirting with everybody, entertaining random people, and seeking validation outside of your relationship is a sign of weakness, not confidence.

A real man stands firm in his commitment, makes his woman feel secure, and doesn’t need outside attention to feed his ego.

Loyalty isn’t just about not cheating—it’s about making your partner feel like they’re the only one who matters.

It’s exhaustion.

One day, I hope you realize that a woman who stays, even when she has every reason to leave, isn’t just offering love—she’s giving you her unwavering devotion.

She chooses to believe in the good she sees in you, in the person you could become, rather than the pain you’ve caused. She silences her own doubts, forgives what should’ve been unforgivable, and holds on, hoping you’ll finally understand how much she’s endured for you. That kind of loyalty isn’t easy; it’s a sacrifice. And yet, so often, it’s met with mockery—called dramatic, needy, or crazy, as if her feelings were something to roll your eyes at instead of something to cherish.

But before you dismiss her again, ask yourself: What has she ever asked for, really? To be heard, to be valued, to not feel like she’s begging for the bare minimum. She never wanted to fix you—she only wanted you to care enough to fix yourself.

And if one day she finally stops trying, don’t mistake her silence for pettiness or revenge. It’s exhaustion. It’s the moment she realizes she deserved more than waiting for someone who never planned to change.

What's happiness

"You’re going to realize it one day — that happiness was never about your job, or your degree, or being in a relationship. Happiness was never about following in the footsteps of all of those who came before you, it was never about being like the others. One day, you’re going to see it — that happiness was always about the discovery, the hope, the listening to your heart and following it wherever it chose to go. Happiness was always about being kinder to yourself, it was always about embracing the person you were becoming. One day, you will understand. That happiness was always about learning how to live with yourself, that happiness was never in the hands of other people. It was always about you. It was always about you."

The truth speaks for itself

I have no interest in clearing my name for people who thrive on rumors and lies.

No matter what I say, they’ll twist it into whatever suits their narrative. I could explain myself a hundred times, and they’d still find a way to misunderstand. So why waste my energy? People believe what they want to believe, and I’ve learned that the ones who truly matter don’t need an explanation.

Sometimes, silence is the best response. Not because I have nothing to say, but because I refuse to entertain negativity disguised as curiosity. There’s power in walking away, in letting them talk while I continue moving forward. I don’t need to prove anything to people who’ve already decided their version of me.

The truth speaks for itself, and in the end, it always finds its way to those who are willing to hear it.

Leaving things unspoken is the most powerful response

I’ve always believed in the power of silent cut-offs. Sometimes, actions speak louder than words, and when someone crosses a line, I don’t need to explain myself. The truth is, I don’t owe anyone a long explanation for why I choose to distance myself. If you’ve done something that hurt or disappointed me, you already know what you did—there’s no need for me to spell it out. The absence of communication can say more than any conversation, and it’s a way of asserting that I’m no longer willing to tolerate certain behaviors.

People often underestimate the strength in cutting ties quietly. It’s not about drama or making a scene; it’s about maintaining my peace and showing that I’m not interested in playing games or indulging in petty explanations. Those who know me understand that when I go silent, it’s because I’ve already made up my mind, and I’m not going to waste energy on what’s already been decided. Nobody is naive enough to not realize their actions—sometimes, leaving things unspoken is the most powerful response.

I am learning that self-compassion isn’t selfish

Kindness visited me today, not from someone else, but from within. It reminded me of all the grace, patience, and compassion I so easily give to others, yet often withhold from myself. I’ve spent so much time being understanding of everyone else’s mistakes, forgiving their flaws, and cheering them on, but somewhere along the way, I forgot that I deserve that same love. Today, I choose to turn that kindness inward, to remind myself that I am worthy of the same gentleness I offer so freely to the world.

I am learning that self-compassion isn’t selfish; it’s necessary. Just as I uplift others, I must uplift myself. Just as I reassure them, I must remind myself that I am doing my best. Life is hard enough without being my own worst critic. So from now on, I will extend to myself the same warmth I give to others, because I, too, deserve to be cared for, understood, and loved.

Lasting love has nothing to do with luck

When you see a married couple still deeply in love after many years, you may think how lucky they are.  But in reality, lasting love has nothing to do with luck. In marital relations, there's no such thing as luck.

Every couple faces challenges. They argue, make mistakes, and sometimes hurt each other. But what makes them stand the test of time is their willingness to forgive and move forward. They learn to overlook small faults, knowing that no one is perfect. Rather than focusing on each other’s flaws, they celebrate each other’s strengths.

Love is about giving not just material things, but time, care, and attention. It’s about supporting each other’s dreams, celebrating successes, and offering comfort during tough times. Respect and kindness keep the connection alive, while shared goals bring them closer.

Married couples who stay in love are not simply fortunate. They have chosen to nurture their relationship through countless small acts of love. They practice patience, show mercy, and never stop trying to understand each other.

So, the next time you see a happy couple, remember — they are not lucky. They are dedicated. They chose love, again and again. And that’s what makes their bond truly beautiful.

Some bonds are written in the stars and destined to be together

Sometimes the universe brings two souls together in the most beautiful unspoken way.

It’s not about the distance, the time or the space between them but it’s about an invisible string that connects them on a deeper level.

When two hearts are meant to meet they recognize each other even in the chaos of life.

In every glance, every word and every silence they find a connection that feels eternal.

It's as though the universe itself whispers that some bonds are written in the stars and destined to be together no matter what.

You deserve a healthy love with someone 💕

"You deserve a healthy love with someone who sees you, hears you, understands you, appreciates you, supports you, and loves you. Someone who is consistent, communicates clearly, and creates a calm safe space to heal, grow and bloom together. A love you never have to heal from."

You are beautiful

"Know that you are always beautiful in someone's eyes. That someone will always look at you with happiness in their heart and is grateful to have you in their life."

Worthy of your love

Someone who is worthy of your love will never put you in a situation where you feel you must sacrifice your dignity, your integrity, or your self worth to be with them.

Kind of sadness

“There’s a kind of sadness that arises when you know too much, when you see the world as it really is.

It is sadness to understand that life is not a great adventure, but a series of small and insignificant moments, that love is not a fairy tale, but a fragile and fleeting emotion, that happiness is not a permanent state, but a rare and fleeting atisbo of something we can never hold on to.

And in that realization there is a deep loneliness.”

𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗖𝗔𝗡’𝗧 𝗕𝗘 𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗬𝗢𝗡𝗘’𝗦 𝗖𝗨𝗣 𝗢𝗙 𝗧𝗘𝗔 💖☕🦋

There will always be someone in this life who just doesn’t like you, no matter how hard you try to please them.

There will always be something that you say, or do, which causes offence or division.

Whether you meant to or not.

There will always be someone who finds fault in you, your life or your words.

You may never find out why, please don’t waste your precious time trying to.

You can’t be everyone’s cup of tea.

Then there will be those who like you on impact.

A little fizz of energy that passes between you.

Silently, unseen, bonding.

Those people will not only like you but they will like you fiercely.

They are your people.

Whatever spare time you have, spend it on them.

You can’t be everyone’s cup of tea, but you can be someone’s first sip of a cold drink on a sunny day…

Or a warming hot chocolate when you come in from the rain

or the pop of a long awaited champagne cork

or a stiff shot of tequila when things go awry

Find your people,

love them hard. 💖🌻🦋

I want surprises

I want flowers but I don't want to tell you I want flowers because I want you to surprise me. I want to know that you pay attention to what I like without me having to ask. It's not just about flowers, it's about knowing you thought of me.❤

Loving a broken soul means

Loving a broken person is never easy. It requires patience, deep understanding, and a love so strong it does not waver. It's easy to love someone who is carefree and confident, but what about the one who has been through storms? The one who carries invisible scars, hides behind protective walls, and has faced battles no one should ever endure? That person might not appear to be the one you’d expect, but they are worthy of love all the same.

You cannot love them in the same way you love someone who believes in their worth. They may struggle to believe they deserve love at all, so you must love them in ways that melt away their doubts and fears. Stand by their side even when they push you away. Love them hardest when they feel unlovable. Understand that they don’t always see themselves the way you do. A thousand compliments won’t erase the pain and the false beliefs their past has imprinted on their heart. Keep reminding them of their beauty—not just through words, but through your actions, the way you look at them, how you touch them, and how you remain present.

What they need most is consistency. Those who have been broken often overthink everything, so the smallest gestures mean everything. If you stop doing something that once made them feel seen, they’ll notice. If your presence starts feeling distant, they’ll pull away. They crave a steady routine, something to rely on, something that makes them feel safe in a world that’s often left them uncertain.

They long for affection but fear asking for it. Hold them close, kiss their forehead, and remind them that they are wanted. They’ve spent far too much time questioning whether they are too much or not enough. Show them that they are perfectly enough, exactly as they are. Above all, be honest with them. They’ve been hurt by too many lies, abandoned too many times. If you speak, mean it. If you make a promise, keep it. A painful truth will heal them far more than a beautiful lie.

Loving a broken soul means understanding that they love in a way that is unyielding. When they love, they do so with a loyalty that will amaze you. They give their whole heart, completely. And if you remain by their side, they will choose you again and again, each day, with a love that is unbreakable.

And remember, regardless of gender, every person has a right to be loved in this way. Love knows no gender, only hearts, and we all deserve love that is unconditional, steady, and real.

She truly wants you

 She doesn't want your money.

She can pay for her own things.

She wants you to kiss her on the forehead and make her feel safe.

She wants to spend time making memories with you through the day and snuggle up next to you every night.

She wants to go for those evenings drives where you interlock your fingers with hers and just blast the music and the window down and the wind blowing through.

She wants to be able to talk to you about anything in life.

She wants those hugs where you just pull her in tighter because you missed her all day.

She wants you to be there late at night when she hears all those random noises around the place while she's laying in bed.

She wants you to choose her every day and to value the little things in life like she does.

She wants to do these things and she doesn't want to do these things with anyone else.

All she truly wants is the person that was specifically for her in this generation.

I don’t explain myself anymore

In my quiet era, I don't feel the need to explain myself anymore. I've found peace in silence and I'm no longer bothered by the opinions or distractions around me. Think what you wanna think about me and it's not my responsibility to control someone's perspective about me. I will no longer engage with any negativity. Life goes on with or without anyone and it won't stop for anyone. If someone wants to leave or accept me as I am it's totally their choice. Now all I'm focusing on is my own glow, my own growth and my own happiness.

The kindest souls are those who have consciously nurtured empathy

We are born with the capacity for love and kindness. But kindness is a choice, not a trait you're born with. It's a conscious decision to remain gentle, to have faith in humanity, and to understand the significance of compassion, even in the face of adversity.

The kindest souls are those who have consciously nurtured empathy, softened in the face of adversity, and upheld the belief in the inherent goodness of humanity.

By embracing compassion, they illuminate a path of understanding, unity, and healing, reminding us all of the profound impact kindness can have on our world.

Its about showing up

Sometimes, love isn’t about how much time you spend together, but about how much effort you put into making each other feel special. A simple "I miss you" can mean the world. A random call just to check in can brighten someone’s day. The little things—thoughtful words, small surprises, and consistent care—are what truly matter. Love isn't about grand gestures; it's about showing up, even in the smallest ways, every single day. ❤️

A peaceful heart and a quiet mind are worth

Some people don’t understand that sitting in your own house, alone, in peace—eating snacks and minding your own business—is priceless. In a world that is always rushing, filled with noise, expectations, and endless demands, finding peace in solitude is a rare gift.

There is something special about coming home after a long day, closing the door, and just being in your own space. No drama, no unnecessary conversations, no pressure to impress anyone—just you, your favorite snacks, and the comfort of your own company. It’s a simple joy, yet many fail to appreciate it.

Being alone doesn’t mean being lonely. It means enjoying your own presence, taking time to recharge, and embracing the quiet moments that bring clarity and peace. It’s in these moments that you reflect, heal, and reconnect with yourself.

Not everyone understands this kind of happiness. Some feel the need to always be surrounded by people or involved in constant activity. But true peace is found when you are content in your own space, without needing external validation.

So, if you love sitting alone in your home, enjoying your snacks, and minding your own business—cherish it. It’s one of life’s simplest yet greatest pleasures. A peaceful heart and a quiet mind are worth more than any social gathering or crowded event. ❤🌻🦋

I am a lot

 "She's a lot."

You're right. I'm a lot of woman. With a lot of layers. A lot of personality. A lot of dreams. A lot of ideas. A lot of strategies. A lot of emotions. A lot of love. Yeah, you're right. I am a lot.

Let them talk 👄

 Do good, they will talk.

Do bad, they will talk.

So, do YOU & let them talk.

Everything happens for a reason

 Behind a girl who says,

"everything happens for a reason" or "it is what it is"

is a girl who can't understand what she did to deserve all the pain and traumas she's gone through in her life

Beautiful memories will always be beautiful memories

Beautiful memories  will always be beautiful memories

When things are over and done

When you’re still heartbroken and in pain

When your mind is full if doubts and  you question the reality of everything.

Don’t question the beauty of a sincere  feeling or a loving moment you lived.

 Keep your Beautiful memories  beautiful.

Be the person who still tries

Be the person who still tries.

After failure, disappointment, heartache and exhaustion. Be the person who has the courage to face the world full of challenges. Believing that every attempt can manifest a new outcome. Try lang nang try buddy, you're almost there..!

I promise to give myself

I promise to give myself the life I have always dreamed of no matter the challenges in my way. I will invest every bit of my effort, time and energy into turning my dreams into reality. If that means starting over, reshaping myself or embracing the unknown, I will do it without hesitation. Every setback will be seen as an opportunity to grow and every failure a lesson to learn from. I am committed to the journey and I will keep moving forward even if it means starting again and again until I reach the place where I am truly meant to be.✨

Be the best person you can be

Always be the best person you can be. Be kind even when you're tired. Be understanding even when you're angry. Do more than you're asked, and don't ask for anything in return. Don't silently expect anything either. Listen when someone talks, and really listen too, stop just thinking of how you'll reply. Tell people that you love them and that you appreciate them. Go out of your way to do things for people. Be the greatest person you can possibly be and when you mess up, make up for it in the next moment or minute or day. One thing you should never do? Never spend your time trying to prove to anybody that you're great, your actions will speak for themselves and we only have limited time on this earth, don't waste it. If someone doesn't see your light, don't worry. Like moths, good people are attracted to flame and to light, and they will come."

Find your perfert ending

Sometimes loving means waiting. It means to love someone so deeply that, even though you can’t be with him or her right now, you hold on to the hope that one day, when the time is right, the universe will bring you together.

It's not easy. It's late nights, questions, whispered silent prayers, and a faith that never gives up. But true love is patient. True love believes.

So you keep loving from a distance, knowing that some stories just need time to

find your perfect ending..

A strong friendship

A strong friendship is not about daily conversations or spending every moment together. It is about the deep connection that remains, no matter how much time passes or how far apart you are. True friends understand that life gets busy, responsibilities grow, and priorities change, but their bond remains unchanged.

A real friend is someone who supports you even when you are not constantly in touch. They celebrate your achievements, comfort you during struggles, and stand by you when you need them most. They do not demand your time but appreciate the moments you share. Even if weeks or months go by without speaking, when you reconnect, it feels like no time has passed.

Friendship is about trust, loyalty, and mutual respect. It does not require daily validation. It is knowing that no matter where life takes you, you have someone who genuinely cares. A simple message, a phone call, or even a shared memory is enough to reignite the warmth between true friends.

Cherish the friends who stay in your heart, even when life keeps you apart. They are the ones who truly matter, proving that real friendships are built on love, not on constant presence.

❤🌻🦋

Sometimes you have to pay attention to your body and mind

Sometimes you will lose interest in things you used to enjoy, not because you don't want them anymore, but because your soul craves silence and inner peace.

It's sometimes better to lie down on your bed and listen to your favorite music or watch your favorite movie alone, away from your phone and all the notifications that bother you from time to time.

It's sometimes better to devote your time alone and reflect on what you want to do, why you keep tolerating stagnant routines, and why you keep staying in places where you don't belong.

Sometimes you have to pay attention to your body and mind when it tells you to take a break from the outside world, take care of yourself, and rest until you feel like yourself again.

The world does not revolve around your smile, your love for someone, or your excitement; rather, the process includes silence, sadness, and solitude.

Take a deep breath and remind yourself that you can comprehend all of this without worrying about what others will think because this is your life and there are no justifications for putting yourself first.

Start focusing your energy on getting better

I love the glow you get from minding your own business and letting go of negativity. You no longer waste your time and energy stressing out or worrying about things that don't evolve you.

You start focusing your energy on getting better. You start feeling better. You start looking better. You even start attracting better. Everything changes.

How people treat me is a projection of their character

I was extremely sad for how someone treated me, but then I remembered how kind I am to people, that's a reflection of me.

How people treat me is a projection of their character, and not a reflection of my value.

May I always remember that.

Life isn’t a snapshot

We're quick to draw lines around people. But life isn't a snapshot. It's a moving, changing film.

The person who seems carefree might be carrying a heavy weight. The quiet one might have a storm of thoughts inside. The one who appears strong could be hiding a fragile heart.

It's humbling, realizing how little we truly know. We're all carrying stories, burdens, and dreams that are hidden from view. We're all wearing masks, some heavier than others.

And maybe the kindest thing we can do is to simply look, listen, and accept that beneath the surface, we are all just trying to be seen, and understood.

And if we choose to see beyond the surface, we might just discover that the greatest truth is, we are all more alike than we ever imagined.

Long distance relationships are hard

Long distance relationships are hard, but they're also incredible. If you can love, trust, respect and support each other from a distance, then you'll be unstoppable once you're physically together.

Love doesn't always mean being together all the time. Sometimes, it requires the sacrifice of being apart to ◦ build a better future for both of you. While you're in that phase of long distance relationship, it will all be worth it if you both cherish your relationship with complete trust and genuine love.

In the end, it will not be the great successes that define our history

Sometimes life teaches us that the most precious things are precisely those that are priceless.

It is the smell of coffee in the morning, the delicate sound of rain hitting the windows, or the glow of a sunset that for a moment seems to stop time.

The simplest things hold a silent strength.

They remind us that, in the midst of chaos, what really matters is not what we possess, but what we can feel.

There is a kind of magic in simplicity.

It is in a laugh for no reason, in a flower that blooms between the cracks of the asphalt, in the tight embrace of someone we love.

It is these details that make us understand that, after all, it doesn't take much to feel truly complete.

Life goes by quickly, but true beauty lies in learning to slow down to look at what has always been in front of us, but that we too often forget to appreciate.

In the end, it will not be the great successes that define our history, but the small gestures – those that perhaps no one notices – and that, in silence, fill our soul.

What’s coming will always be greater than what’s gone.

The most powerful statement

Sometimes, the most powerful statement you can make is a silent exit.  It's a statement of self-love and a commitment to your own peace.  When someone consistently disregards your well-being, it's time to prioritize your own space and energy.

Being Wanted vs. Being Loved

Love is easy. Anyone can say, “I love you.” It costs nothing, and in a world where emotions change like seasons, love can sometimes feel temporary—here today, gone tomorrow.

But being wanted—that’s different. When someone truly wants you, they don’t just express their love in words; they prove it through actions. They don’t just admire you from a distance; they choose you every single day, in every situation, no matter how hard life gets.

The one who truly wants you doesn’t see you as an option, a passing feeling, or something convenient. They see you as the only choice, as someone they cannot imagine their future without. Their love comes with responsibility, commitment, shared burdens, and a deep fear of losing you. They don’t just want you when it’s easy; they hold onto you even when times are tough.

So, don’t settle for someone who simply loves you—find the one who chooses you, again and again, without hesitation. Because at the end of the day, love fades without effort, but the one who truly wants you will never let you go.

Trust that everything that matters to you

Trust that everything that matters to you has already entered your life.

It may take time, and it may come in ways you never imagined, but what is truly yours will never pass you by.

When the time is right, it will flow to you effortlessly, as if it was always meant to be.

Trust the timing. Trust the process

You’re trying and that's enough

" Realize you are a human. And you make mistakes. And you can't control everything.

You need to understand that you are doing the best you can. Don't blame yourself once again.

You're trying. And that's enough."

Don't bother to talk or start the conversation

When hurting your feelings doesn’t hurt him, you’re not in love with her. If her silence after a fight doesn’t make your stomach drop, you’re not in love with her. If seeing her cry doesn’t make your chest feel tight, you’re not in love with her. If her happiness doesn’t feel like your own, you’re not in love with her. If her pain doesn’t shake you to your core, you’re not in love with her. Love is more than just wanting her—it’s feeling her joy and her sorrow like they’re your own. Don’t destroy a good woman because you don’t know how to love.

Don't bother to talk or start the conversation if you don't have  any plan to love her truly.

I helped myself

 "I helped myself.

I wiped my tears.

I put balm on the wounds.

I put Band-Aids where my heart still hurt.

I took my time.

I read books that soothed my soul, listened to music that calmed my nerves, watched movies that made me smile.

Step by step.

Piece by piece.

I pulled myself together and gave myself a second chance.

Because I knew that if I didn't do it, no one would."

No no

We can joke about anything but not someone's home situation, their parents, kids, health or failed marriages.

Thats a NO!

The courage to choose yourself

I hope you have the courage to choose yourself, over and over. I hope you have the courage to move forward, not backwards. To choose growth over comfort, to choose possibility over the past. I hope you know how worthy you are of everything you've ever wanted, even if an unkind heart has lead you to believe otherwise.

Your soft heart deserves to feel loved and chosen, not just today, but every day. I hope you wake up each day feeling hopeful and encouraged, knowing that you're so capable of every single thing you want to do, big or small.

The age of 25 to 30s isn't easy

The age of 25 to 30s isn't easy. You lose friends, you make mistakes, you fall, you fail, you realise things, you hit reality, you lose yourself but in the end you find yourself and you become stronger.

Some people know our name but not our story

You can't control how others think, but you can control how you respond.  Choose what feels right for you, not what pleases others.  Love yourself, even when others try to bring you down. Your happiness should not depend on the hand of other's.

Some people know our name but not our story ..So don't judge the book to each cover but the story inside in this pages .

Embrace the humility

Your fragility is also your strength.

Be soft, rather than hard and brittle.

Brittle things break, whereas softness

has the ability to rebound.

Your vulnerability is your ally,

It holds your truth.

Empathy for each living soul

is a necessity

in an unforgiving world.

Embrace the humility that you

seek to find in others .

Appreciate small things around you

Take a look around you and appreciate it because nothing will be the same in a year.

Do you ever think about how you’ll never know when something will be the last time?

This really hit me a couple of days ago.

The last hug, the last time you walk through a door that you’ve walked through a thousand times, the last time something feels normal.

This time next year it won’t be the same.

Because that’s  life.

Slow down. Enjoy every moment. Because there’s going to be a day you wish you had.

You’ll wish you paused to really see the people you love, to hear their laughter, to feel their presence.

You’ll wish you noticed the small things – the sunlight through the trees, the warmth of a familiar place, the quiet moments that made it all feel real.

Life is fleeting and that’s what makes it beautiful.

So take a breath, hold it close, and let the weight of now remind you just how precious it all is.

No one feels for you except yourself

Your family does not know how many difficulties and pressure you go through in your daily life or in your work.

And your work does not know the circumstances of your life and your home.

Your colleagues, your friends and loved ones will not understand the size of the new and old responsibilities that are on top of you.

In conclusion: no one feels for you except yourself. Nobody will understand what you are really going through and it is very likely that they will not value efforts.

Just keep going... Fight... take care of yourself

You are never too talkative

“You are never too talkative for someone who likes to hear you, you are never too annoying for someone who find your little actions cute, you are never too depressed for someone who knows what you went through, You are never too late for someone who awaits to see you all day, you are never too far for someone who loves you...” 🖤🌎

True Love doesn't leave scar

If only those we love could see—

how much we endure,

how many wounds we silence,

how often we swallow our pain,

just to hold on a little longer,

just to keep from losing them.

If only they knew,

they would soothe our hearts instead of leaving them restless,

they would offer certainty instead of doubt,

comfort instead of pain.

Never break someone’s trust.

Never mistake sincerity for naivety.

Never deceive, wound, or shatter a heart

so deeply that it is forced to learn life without you.

Be the rare exception.

Be someone’s peace, their refuge,

the greatest comfort their heart has ever known.

Because true love—

it doesn’t leave scars.

It heals. It stays. It brings serenity, not sorrow.

Fresh air and sunshine are hard to beat

To stay positive amidst chaos, cultivate gratitude, surround yourself with positivity, and focus on what you can control.

Don’t forget, you can control how you view, process and react to events. Most people handle stress and unfortunate circumstances with a knee-jerk, panicked response. Sometimes simply switching off can make a huge difference to how we feel. This doesn’t mean that we’re sticking our head in the sand. It means that we’re limiting what we’re exposed to for our own well-being.

Quotes

"Keep shining. If others aren't ready to see your worth, it's their loss. Focus on your own growth and understanding, and know that who you are will eventually inspire the world.

Love without effort is just a beautiful excuse

Love isn’t the problem. It never was.

People walk away from relationships not because they stop loving, but because they grow tired of trying alone. Love can only do so much when one person is carrying all the weight, doing all the work, and holding things together, while the other just assumes they’ll always be there.

You can love someone deeply and still feel lonely next to them. You can love them and still feel unheard, unseen, or unappreciated. Love doesn’t replace effort. It doesn’t make up for broken promises, empty apologies, or the times they made you feel like you were asking for too much—when all you wanted was to feel valued.

Relationships don’t fail because love disappears. They fail because effort does. Because someone stops choosing the other. Because comfort turns into neglect.

So, if you want to keep love alive, don’t just say it; show it. Be consistent, be present, and make them feel like they matter.

At the end of the day, love without effort is just a beautiful excuse.

Age is just a number

Age is just a number. What truly matters in a relationship is understanding, respect, and emotional connection. If you love someone, love them with a pure heart—not based on mood or need. Maturity doesn’t always come with age; it comes with experience and sincerity. In the end, loyalty matters the most, and that is rare to find.

Beautiful heart always beautiful

Don't tell a woman she's not capable of something

Never tell a woman she can't do it.

Remember that only she could dance with two hearts.

Only she has breathed with four lungs.

Only she has been able to carry in her belly the weight of two worlds

And she has given birth to life screaming.

She might looked fragile and weak

But deep down, she's the strongest of creatures

With just few words from her mouth

She can bring down the strongest of men

The process of giving birth is the second most painful experience in the world

Being burn alive is the most painful

She can go any length and raise a mountain for you

But the moment you push her to the wall

She'll drop this mountain on your head without hesitation

She can tolerate every nonsense

But the moment she decides to embark on revenge mission,

Even the devil will sit down to take some lessons

Remember she's the only creature to understand the language of the snake

Don't tell a woman she's not capable of something

Because she's capable of everything.

The rare treasure

When you find that one person who knows your soul's song because they took the time to learn it and sing it in harmony with you, that person is a rare treasure. They are keepers.

Suddenly you will realize that you are not okay

Sometimes, you will suddenly realize that you are not really okay; you are just busy distracting yourself from the things that make you sad. Some nights, you will just lie awake in bed and cry silently. You will find yourself feeling tired of everything. You suddenly think about the things that hurt you before, which you thought you'd already forgotten and healed. Your heart will ache again, even though you've already tried your best to heal it for so long. And then it hits you— you are still that fragile person who has long forgotten how to be happy.

Just love yourself

If the mountain seems too big today

then climb a hill instead;

If morning brings you sadness

it’s okay to stay in bed.

If the day ahead feels heavy and your plans feel like a curse,

There’s no shame in rearranging,

don’t make yourself feel worse.

If a shower stings like needles

and a bath feels like you’ll drown;

If you haven’t washed your hair for days,

don’t throw away your crown!

A day is not a lifetime.

A rest is not defeat.

Don’t think of it as failure,

Just a quiet, kind retreat.

It’s okay to take a moment

From an anxious, fractured mind.

The world will not stop turning

While you get realigned!

The mountain will still be there

When you want to try again

You can climb it in your own time,

Just love yourself till then.

I believe that everything happens for a reason

"I believe that everything happens for a reason.

People change so that you can learn to let go, things go wrong so that you appreciate them when they're right, you believe lies so you eventually learn to trust no one but yourself, and sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together."

There will be many things in life

There will be many things in life that you won't have control over. They will cripple you, hurt you, break you into pieces but they will also build your character, change you completely as a person.

So when you encounter them, don't fear them. Welcome them as opportunities to grow, to be a better version of you. You will be hurt but in the same process you will learn how to find a stronger you.

Don't loose hope

When pain arrives it shifts your perspective on everything around you. The days grow darker, the nights stretch further, and you cannot, for the life of you, find the light through the fog. Everyday moments that were once beautiful to you now appear colourless and dull, and those songs that once sang full through your lungs now serve only to remind you of better days far behind you

But don't lose hope. Through these dark times, you must simply learn to look harder for the light. It will come to you in flashes of unexpected beauty: the helping hand of a friend, a compliment given or received, a quiet moment of inspiration or peace. Collect these tiny fragments of light wherever they come, until at last your sky is so full of stars, you are finally able to see the way forward.

When a man can listen to a woman's feelings

“When a man can listen to a woman's feelings without getting angry and frustrated, he gives her a wonderful gift.

He makes it safe for her to express herself.

The more she is able to express herself, the more she feels heard and understood, and the more she is able to give a man the loving trust, acceptance, appreciation, admiration, approval, and encouragement that he needs.”

I was raised to move on

I was raised to move on,

I was raised to wake up every morning and try again even when my heart is broken,

I was elevated to keep walking even when all I want to do is to hide away,

I was taught to pretend I'm ok till it becomes a reality, I learned to smile even when my heart is sad,

to talk when all the words seem useless,

to stitch my own wounds in silence,

to collapse but to believe it's just for a while,

to step over my scars even if it hurts so bad,

to befriend my own pain till it dissolves,

life has taught me you have no option but to survive..

🍂

The kindest people are not born that way, they are made

"The kindest people are not born that way, they are made. They are the ones that have experienced so much at the hands of life, they are the ones who have dug themselves out of the dark, who have fought to turn every loss into a lesson. The kindest people do not just exist – they choose to soften where circumstance has tried to harden them, they choose to believe in goodness, because they have seen firsthand why compassion is so necessary. They have seen firsthand why tenderness is so important in this world."🩷❤️🤍

There's no perfect person out

There's no perfect person out there waiting to be found by you. But there's certainly those who are much better for you than others. My hope is that you choose the one who lights up when they see you and hugs you tightly when you need it most. And most of all, I hope you choose the person who gives you the support and freedom you need to fully express yourself so that you never have to suppress who you are and pretend to be anyone you re not.

Be okay

It's during the toughest times of your life that you'll get to see the true colors of the people who say they care about you.

Notice who sticks around and who doesn't, and be grateful to those who leave you, for they have given you the room to grow in the space they abandoned, and the awareness to appreciate the people who loved you when you didn't feel lovable.

Bottom line...Be okay with giving the gift of your absence to those who do not appreciate and respect your presence.

The World Needs More Hearts Like Yours

If you are the kind of person who cries at the end of books, who feels deeply for fictional characters, and who gets lost in emotions, don’t ever change. If you stop to help a wounded bird, pick up a stray animal, or comfort a friend without hesitation, know that your kindness is rare and beautiful.

In a world that often feels cold and indifferent, people like you are a light. While many choose to ignore pain, you choose to feel. While others turn away from suffering, you reach out your hand. Some may say you are too sensitive or too emotional, but the truth is, the world needs more of you.

It’s easy to harden your heart and stop caring, but real strength comes from continuing to love, even when it hurts. Being kind in a world that sometimes lacks kindness is not a weakness—it is a gift.

So, please don’t change. Keep feeling, keep caring, keep loving. The world has enough hard hearts; it needs more of yours. Your kindness makes a difference, even when you don’t see it. And one day, someone will be grateful that you chose to remain exactly as you are.

You lose a woman when you give her the feeling that you don't need her

Men need to understand that

women are naturally emotional well beings. A woman is not easy to love.

She has this habit of overthinking. She tends to overreact and has its own insecurities. Loving her, means you get to see her flaws and imperfections.

A woman- wants a man with consistency. A man who is consistent to his mannerisms & actions. A man who doesn't give her mix signals. A woman will love you more than anything. She will accept your flaws, do things that will make you a better man, and will always be there whenever you need her.

But you lose her when she feels unappreciated where you stop paying attention to her feelings and to the things she's subtly asking you to do but you've been oblivious to them all.

You lose a woman when you give her the feeling that you don't need her, as much as she needs you. A woman becomes a reflection of how you treat her. No woman becomes pathetic if she's treated well. Even the prettiest woman, could feel insecure if she loves the wrong man-what makes a woman beautiful is a man who can treat her right.

Beautiful heart always beautiful

“I like calm men. Men who don’t shout or break things whenever they’re mad. Someone who tells you exactly how they feel and communicates properly, talks to you with a low and gentle voice telling you what made them mad or what you did wrong but never blame you or make you feel bad about it.” 🤍✨!

"Forgiveness is a journey, not a destination.  It's not about forgetting the pain, but choosing to move forward, for your own well-being, and for the possibility of growth.  You are strong enough to choose forgiveness and create a brighter future for yourself.

She's not shy

She's not shy, she's protecting herself.

She's not stupid, she was manipulated.

She's not weak, she was trusting.

She's not crazy, she was mentally and verbally abused.

She's not cold, she's guarding her heart.

She's not silent, she's choosing her moments to speak.

She's not bitter, she's speaking her truth.

She's not distant, she's finding her strength.

She's not delusional, she survived a nightmare.

She's not hopeless, she's searching for light.

She's not hanging onto the past, she's been deeply hurt.

She's not afraid, she's learning to be brave.

She's not broken, she's piecing herself back together.

She's not too much, she knows what she wants.

She's not lost, she's discovering her path.

She's not giving up, she's healing.

She's not defeated, she's rising stronger than ever.

Life lessons

Sometimes life teaches us that the most precious things are precisely those that are priceless. 💖

Poem

 “To see what is hidden,

use your heart, not your eyes.

To hear what is silenced,

use your calm, not your ears.

To say what you’ve never said,

use your smile, not your voice.”  💕

Types of women

If you choose a working woman, you have to accept that she can't handle the house full time.

If you choose a housewife who can take care of you and manage the home completely, you need to accept that she doesn't make money.

If you choose a submissive woman, you must accept that she depends on you.

If you choose to be with a brave woman, you must accept that she is brave and has thoughts of her own.

If you choose a beautiful woman, you have to

accept the expenses as well.

If you choose to be with a great woman, you must accept that she is tough and firm.

No woman is perfect.

A woman has her own “good thing” that defines who she is and makes her unique.

We all have a place in the world

"We all have a place in the world where we can shine.  If you're feeling unseen, it's time to find your place.  You are worthy of belonging.  Believe in yourself, trust your intuition, and know that you are worthy of being seen and loved for who you are.

I want to say thank you

I want to say thank you to the rare few individuals in my life who have listened without judgment, spoken without prejudice, helped me without entitlement, understood without pretension and loved me without conditions.

I'm delayed in life

I know I’m delayed in life—not because of bad luck, but because of the wrong decisions I’ve made. And that’s okay. I have no regrets because every choice, every mistake, and every lesson has shaped me into who I am today.

I don’t feel envy when I see others succeed. Instead, I celebrate their wins, knowing that success is abundant and that my turn will come in due time.

Life isn’t a race. I trust my own journey, and I know that one day, the favor will be on my side. Until then, I’ll keep learning, growing, and moving forward with a heart full of hope.

Its okay to be different

"Don't stress yourself trying to earn everyone's approval.  It's okay to be different, and the right people will recognize your unique qualities.  Just be yourself, and let your light shine.

Growth journey

Just saying ... Stop trying to change people who don't think they need changing. They probably think you need to, even if they're not expressing it.

People are not ours to chip away at, or re-mold. Change yourself where you feel you should for your own good, be there when they ask, walk away or learn to accept and adapt.

It's a good skill to see people for who they are and accept them as they are, and be there for them when they do want to change.

It's good to remember we're all on a growth journey, trying to do Life well.

They have given up

One day, you will look back and realize how many times I tried to talk to you, but you wouldn’t listen.

You will remember how often I told you that your behavior is hurting me, and you brushed it off.

You will remember that I warned you that I was slipping away, but you didn’t believe me.

You’ll recall all the kind things I did for you that you took for granted.

You’ll remember the times I set my pride aside to save us, even when you were wrong.

You’ll think about my kisses, my hugs, my laughter, and the little things I did for you.

You’ll remember how I looked at you, cared for you, and said, “I love you” while holding your face.

You’ll remember my jokes, my quirks, and even what you called my “toxicity” ~ which was really just me refusing to overlook your mistakes.

I made you important, but you didn’t do the same for me.

Now, you’ll face my silence and my absence.

Because when someone stops asking for attention and trying to talk, it means they’ve given up and have no fight left.

The best decision I ever made

The best decision I ever made was to be quiet.

I have nothing to prove.

I'm not convincing anyone that I'm a great person.

I'm not fixing what I didn't break.

I'm not fighting for anyone to see my worth.

Whatever you do is on you.

Just hope you don't regret it.

As for me, I'm moving forward,

Free and at peace.

Loyalty towards friendship

Nobody is truly your friend unless they defend your name when you're not around.

A real friend won't stay silent when others speak badly about you. They won't laugh when you're being disrespected. They won't act like it's none of their business.

They will speak up. They will shut it down. They will remind others who you are.

Surround yourself with people who protect your name, who stand up for you, and who stay solid when you're not around.

Because loyalty isn’t shown by what they say to your face, but by what they say about you when you're not there.

A real friend is truly a blessing

Find happiness in the little moments

"Maybe the happy ending is that you fall in love with your life — eat your favorite foods, admire sunrises and sunsets, pick up the book you've been trying to finish, dance to your favorite songs, buy yourself flowers. bring your mind back to how blessed you are!" (Unknown)

Find happiness in the little moments that make life beautiful. Treat yourself to your favorite meals, soak in the magic of sunrise and sunset, immerse yourself in a good book, dance to uplifting tunes, and brighten your day with flowers.

Embrace the joy in these simple pleasures that nourish your soul and ignite your spirit.

The essence of a happy ending lies in cherishing the everyday treasures that bring light and joy into your life.

By immersing yourself in activities that uplift your soul and ignite your passions, you cultivate a deep sense of contentment and fulfilment. Embrace the beauty of the present moment and celebrate the blessings that surround you.

Make yourself worth

May you find someone who makes you feel like the wait was worth it.

Someone who doesn’t just show up but feels like they were meant to. It’s that quiet kind of knowing—the way their presence feels easy, their words land exactly where they need to, and everything about them makes sense in a way you didn’t expect. Suddenly, all those moments of doubt or wondering if you were asking for too much fall away.

May your intuition light up around them, not with noise or confusion, but with a calm, steady yes. Not because they’re perfect, but because they fit—because being with them feels like home in a way that makes you believe in timing. And when it happens, may you trust it. May you let yourself feel how right it is.

Don't rush to settle down

Yes, falling in love feels good, but I won’t settle for a rush love. I want to settle for love that will last longer, slowly but surely.

The one that still stays at the boring days, the one that knows you at your silent times and gives you assurance and consistency.

Intimacy and physical closeness

People often mistake intimacy for mere physical closeness, but true intimacy is something much deeper.

It is the quiet certainty that you can unveil your truth to someone without fear.

It is the comfort of exposing your soul, knowing you will not be judged.

It is the courage to share your pain, your wounds, your unspoken battles.

It is standing beside someone, holding their hand, and hearing them say,

"You are safe with me."

That—is intimacy. ❤️

Let people think whatever about you

STOP CLEARING your name. It's all a distraction. Let people think WHATEVER about you. Cause whether you're winning, losing, or living the lifestyle they want you to you'll still be SOMEBODY'S topic. Just keep it pushing and remain humble.

Privacy is power

When you stop telling your friends every detail about your life, your enemies will be starved of information.

No gossip to go around.

No shaming you about your choices.

Not all people you think of as, or call your friends, are in fact your friends..

Some are pretending to be with you just to feed your enemies.

Be careful who you call your friend because one of the scariest enemies on earth are those people who pretend to be your friend.

Privacy is power, what people don’t know, they can’t ruin.

Purest form of love

Love, in its purest form, is consideration. It is not just expressed through words or grand gestures but in quiet moments of thoughtfulness. It is when someone remembers the little things that matter to you, pauses before making a decision because they know it could affect you, and chooses their words with care because your feelings matter to them.

Real love is not just about presence; it is about awareness. It is found in the details—the way someone listens, the way they make space for you, and the way they hold you in their thoughts even when you are not around. In any bond, the depth of care is measured by the depth of consideration."**

Silence is my new weapon against disrespect

"I used to get caught up in every argument, but I've realized that not every battle is worth fighting.  Silence is my new weapon against disrespect.  I choose peace, I choose growth, and I choose to walk away from negativity. It's the best decision I've ever made for myself.

Fake people intentions

Fake people often wear masks to hide their true intentions, pretending to be kind and supportive while secretly being deceitful and self-serving. They change their personalities to fit different situations, saying what others want to hear rather than speaking with honesty. These individuals may act like friends, but their loyalty is shallow, disappearing when things no longer benefit them. Their words are often empty, filled with flattery and false promises. In the end, fake people reveal themselves through their actions—betrayal, inconsistency, and a lack of genuine care. It’s important to recognize them and surround yourself with those who are real, honest, and truly have your best interests at heart.

You matter more than you realize

"You may not always see it, but your presence in this world has left ripples far beyond what you know.

Someone still smiles at a memory you created together, still feels comforted by the kindness you once showed, and still finds courage in the words you spoke.

Someone hums a song that reminds them of you, sees beauty in the world because you pointed it out, and carries your wisdom in their heart.

Someone stands a little taller because you believed in them, walks a little lighter because you were there, and dreams bigger because you told them they could.

You matter more than you realize ..."

We maintain an open and constant relationship with ourselves

"It is important that no matter how other people can affect us, we maintain an open and constant relationship with ourselves. To learn that there are things we should never take granted of especially when it comes to our mental and emotional health. It's never easy to sometimes carry all the thoughts in your mind or feelings you wishes to express from your heart and there are times, you don't have the courage enough to share it for reasons that other people may misunderstood you and it's alright. You can distance yourself for a while because it makes you more comfortable or you can set yourself to a more creative work where you can put your focus there to make you feel better. You can write, draw or do paintings, read books or take time in your kitchen and do cooking or you can make yourself busy through gardening or cleaning your house. These are just but only a few of the things, too small or little but gives much for your peace and serenity. Be the best comfort you can share with yourself for these aren't only ways to solve your problems when life gets harder. These are also blessings that's only waiting to be embraced and live with to make your life meaningful with purpose. May it be a guide in discovering yourself more."

Love without effort is just a beautiful excuse

Love isn’t the issue. It never was.

People walk away from relationships not because they stop loving, but because they get tired of trying alone. Love can only do so much when one person is carrying all the weight, doing all the work, and holding things together while the other just assumes they’ll always be there.

You can love someone deeply and still feel lonely next to them. You can love them and still feel unheard, unseen, unappreciated. Love doesn’t replace effort. It doesn’t make up for broken promises, empty apologies, or the times they made you feel like you were asking for too much; when all you wanted was to feel valued.

Relationships don’t fail because love disappears. They fail because effort does. Because someone stops choosing the other. Because comfort turns into neglect.

So if you want to keep love alive, don’t just say it; show it. Be consistent, be present, and make them feel like they matter.

Because at the end of the day, love without effort is just a beautiful excuse.

Hearts are won with kindness and care

A woman can leave a wealthy husband, and she can leave a handsome husband, but she can never leave a husband who has won her heart. A husband who has made her feel safe and secure, who has shown her that he can't live without her. A husband who has been her rock, wiping away her tears in moments of weakness.

Hearts can't be bought with money; hearts are won with kindness and good treatment.

Coffee Thoughts

 Coffee Thoughts...

In life, every person we encounter has a role to play. Some will challenge us, testing our patience and resilience. Others may take advantage of our kindness, teaching us the importance of boundaries. Some will love us unconditionally, while others will leave behind lessons wrapped in pain.

But among them, there are a rare few—the ones who truly matter. These are the people who bring out the best in us, and who see our potential when we doubt ourselves. They inspire, uplift, and remind us why the journey is worth it. They are the ones who make life richer, fuller, and more meaningful.

Cherish these rare souls. Hold them close. And when you find them, be sure to let them know how much they mean to you. 💙✨

Always take pictures you love

"Pictures. Always take pictures of people you love.

Take pictures when they walk, dance, and sing. Take pictures when they are happy and sad. When they wear a beautiful outfit, when they buy a new thing, when they feel excited about smth, and when they act weird. Pictures stay. And memories last forever."

The easiest choice

“You need someone who wants to be there when it’s messy and when it’s hard, not just when it’s fun and when it’s convenient. And you need someone who chooses you when it might not be the easiest choice. And you need someone who would rather do nothing with you than anything in the world with someone else.”

Be proud of yourself

"Be proud of yourself, even with the smallest progress you've made.  You're constantly learning from your mistakes and shaping yourself into the person you are today.

The soul knows its truth and it's worth

Perhaps it's not just physical desire you're feeling—

it's a longing for human touch,

genuine affection, intimacy,

and meaningful connection.

Your heart craves more

than fleeting passion;

it yearns for mental stimulation,

non-sexual warmth,

honest conversations,

and unfiltered vulnerability.

What you truly seek

is a profound bond

where masculine and feminine energies

harmonise effortlessly.

It's not merely about someone

sharing your bed;

it's about someone who touches

the depths of your soul,

ignites your inner fire,

and sees you for who you truly are.

The soul knows its truth

and its worth—

and it will never settle for anything less

than the richness, depth,

and fulfilment it deserves.
