Every morning when I wake up, I find my phone because that's the closest I have to you. I want to see you at first in the morning, or hear a voice note you telling me that you still love me with a small kiss at the end, or some paragraphs shouting out the feelings you have for me, and if anything is not possible, then a simple "I love you" would work. Because that's equal to a million paragraphs, thousands of voice notes, hundreds of kisses, and one glimpse of you.
If it's me glorifying my love, then let it be. I'm not settling for less, nor am I setting a bad example of how love should feel. It should feel like this: where you are wishing every morning for someone to come out of the screen and kiss you and leave you in a puzzle that can only be solved with them. This is what I believe in.
So remember, every morning when you wake up, there is someone out there waiting for your text, call, voice notes, and kisses to start their days. My days will be incomplete without having you either by side or you continuously making me feel loved through the only closest thing I have to you—this phone. 💕
"Modern love is all about wishing for technology to solve the issues for us to come together every day." ❤️
