Waking up early in Winters seems like an impossible task for most of us and despite knowing that it is crucial for us to wake up early, which is a time very important to be utilized for many important things such as exercise, day planning or simply for active and healthy lifestyle however we still fail to get out of bed early.
Waking up early not only has health benefits but it gives you an edge over your competitors, while they are sleeping, you are doing something to get better. All successful people who have become the eyes of the world are early risers.
I have also been victim of not being able to wake up in the morning especially in Winters, but I got really fed up of waking up late and literally hated the feeling of oversleeping. Then I decided to research and cultivated the habit of waking up early. I am sharing the steps that have worked wonders for me and now I don't even need an alarm clock to wake up early, which is why I am sharing few steps with all of you on this great platform called "Blogger".
My purpose is to spread the message to everyone out there and even if one person found it relevant and benefited from it then that is going to be fulfilling for me.

Let's be honest here for a second. By reading this blog, you are not going to wake up early. You should plan out why you have to wake up early. Plan out for some
EXERCISE
JOGGING
GYM
YOGA etc.
Or plan to write some journal such as
DAY PLANNING
PRIORITIZING TASKS
RECORD THOUGHTS & FEELINGS
Or if you don't want to do that then you can just
READ NEWSPAPER or WATCH NEWS IN TV.
So,
Step 1: Find a reason to wake up.
If you have strong enough reason to wake up it is still quite difficult for us to get up from bed 😬, because it is too Damm cold outside.
Now, more than anything else we struggle to get out of bed simply because of the habit of wearing Boxers, Shorts, Sleeve or Sleeveless t-shirt to bed. When we do that our body shows resistance to leave that warm and comfort zone due to body's exposure of the sensitiveness of Cold. So we need to put that a stop. Instead you can wear warm clothes like Sweater with pyjamas and socks in your legs. Believe me, you are gonna have no issues while waking up from bed. It's really effective. So,
Step 2: Sleep with warm clothes.
Now there's another step to setting up the Alarm. When you set the alarm nearby your bed, it's quite obvious that you are going to snooze the Alarm. So keep the Alarm far from bed so that you can wake up from the bed and hit the off button. So, once you are off from bed, you would not go back to bed. So, there's a good reason to wake. So,
Step 3: Put Alarm clock far from the bed.
If you normally sleep by 9:30 pm then waking up by 6:00 am is really not going to happen. Well it happens once but then you spend the entire day yawning and drinking coffee and probably regretting your life. For next day set the clock to 9:00 pm, 8:45 pm, 8:30 pm, and go on. So,
