Don't let negativity hurt you

When someone dislikes you, they often find others who share their sentiment. Before you know it, a whole group of people—many of whom don’t even know each other—have united against you. Sounds unfair, right? But look at it differently.

This isn’t just about hate; it’s about power. YOUR power. It takes something truly impactful to bring people together, even if it’s in opposition. You have a presence that demands attention. They talk about you, think about you, and bond over their feelings about you. That’s influence.

But here’s the catch: their negativity doesn’t define you. What defines you is how you respond. You can let it weaken you, or you can let it remind you that you’re someone who makes waves. And when you make waves, you don’t just attract resistance—you attract admiration, support, and real connections.

So keep being you. Because while some may gather against you, even more will be drawn to your authenticity, strength, and light.

At a certain age, you’ll stop longing for a companion

At a certain age, you’ll stop longing for a companion.

You’ll stop insisting to join a lunch out when you’re not invited or feeling offended over a planned birthday surprise that no one told you about. You’ll learn not to stress over people and forced relationships. Instead, you’ll start enjoying your own company. You’ll stop feeling awkward over an empty seat in front of you in a café or a large bucket of popcorn all for yourself in a cinema. You’ll choose sleep over an uncommitted conversation, to stay at home and indulge yourself in classic movies than to force yourself to show up in a Friday night party just to blend in. You’ll learn to cross roads alone, take bus rides on your own, witness breathtaking views and enjoy once-in-a-lifetime experiences with yourself.

At a certain age you’ll learn that moments can also be fun and memorable even in your own company. That it’s never sad to explore life’s corners on your own, that it’s actually more fulfilling and freeing.

At a certain age you’ll learn that you are not getting any younger and all you can do is to make every moment count. That life is a short but meaningful journey; and to make the most out of it, you have to stop waiting for someone to hold your hand and walk the road with you. You have to get up and cherish the walk yourself.

When you are growing as a person

"When you are growing as a person, you will realize how easy it is to fall back into your old ways. You will realize that no matter how much effort you put in, there's no guarantee that you won't find your old patterns coming back. You will find yourself making the same mistakes again and again and again and feel absolutely shattered. There will only be hopelessness in your heart and the hesitation to accept yourself as you are, even your bad habits and the parts you loathe. You will feel that maybe you aren't capable of growth and you will want to give up. Hang in there, especially in those moments. You don't realize it but the way you are aware of yourself and your old patterns again shows that you are growing in the right direction. Sometimes, we fall back easily to our old habits because there is a familiarity to it. But we all have learnt it the hard way that just because it's familiar doesn't mean it's good. When such days happen, remind yourself why you wanted to be different in the first place. Force yourself to live according to your intentions not habits. It's okay if you fall sometimes as long as you can stand back up again. There are going to be days when it will be a little too heavy, but you have to let yourself drown in that sadness and then swim back to the shore and understand that no matter how comfortable standing still feels, you will have to move on."

Just keep going

No matter how stuck you feel. No matter how bad things are right now. No matter how many days you've spent crying. No matter how hopeless and depressed you feel. No matter how many days you've spent wishing things were different.  You won't feel this way forever. Just Keep on going!

Some people quietly enter your life

Some people quietly enter your life and change everything. They see you in ways no one else ever has, touch parts of your soul you didn’t even know existed, and make you feel seen in a world that often looks right past you. But here’s the truth: once they’re gone, you’ll never find anyone quite like them again.

In a culture of speed and disposability, we’re conditioned to believe that everything—and everyone—is replaceable. Break it? Buy a new one. Lose someone? Move on. There’s always something or someone else around the corner, or so we’re told. But some people are once-in-a-lifetime. Their presence, their laughter, the way they make you feel like you’ve come home—these are things you can’t replace, no matter how many new faces cross your path.

The tragedy is, we often don’t realize their significance until it’s too late. We hurt the ones who matter most—sometimes out of selfishness, sometimes out of pride, and sometimes simply because we assume they’ll always be there. We let distance grow in silence, speak in anger, or worse, say nothing at all. We convince ourselves there’s time to make it right, that they’ll understand, that they’ll wait. But not everyone waits.

Some people leave quietly. They carry their pain with them, saying nothing as they slip away, leaving behind a silence louder than words ever could be. And when they’re gone, you’ll feel it. The void they leave is unmatched, and you’ll search for them in others, hoping to rediscover what they gave you. But you won’t. No one will ever shine in quite the same way they did.

The hardest part isn’t just losing them—it’s knowing you could have done more. That a careless word, a moment of neglect, or a failure to appreciate them was enough to push them away. Relationships are fragile, as delicate as the finest glass, and once shattered, no amount of regret can piece them back together.

So, treat the hearts in your life with care. Especially those rare ones who bring light, understanding, and warmth. Speak with intention, act with love, and never take their presence for granted. The rarest connections are also the most fragile. When they’re gone, no one can truly take their place.

Some people are irreplaceable. If you’re fortunate enough to find one, hold on to them. Don’t let them become the one that got away.

You are scared

You are scared because you are new to it, not because you’re incapable.

it’s natural to feel unsure and scared when trying something new. but remember, everyone starts as a beginner at some point. it’s normal not to know everything right away. mistakes are just part of learning, not a sign of failure. trust yourself and take small steps forward. over time, what seems hard now will become much easier.

I hope you end up with someone who plants calm love

I hope you end up with someone who plants calm love.

Someone who acknowledges your feelings, listens to your explanations, and stays kind even after a misunderstanding.

Someone who is safe to be told about your shortcomings and disappointments because you know that they always put themselves in the position to understand you.

Someone who does not resort into fights for petty reasons. Someone who makes you forget that you're carrying too much weight of the world. And someone who always speaks out of pure intentions.

I hope you end up with that someone. Because, if there's anything you deserve, it is someone who learns how to love you in the the most gentle way. Someone who will remind you that love is always meant to be calm. 💕
