People that are all different kinds of negative, are dealing with their own demons, which have nothing to do with you.
So don't take it personally and internalize it as your own.
Hopefully they will come to the terms with their troubles, but you can't control that either.
In every century,

They will say that we're ghost, angels, elemental spirits, demons and, giving us a name doesn't help anybody.

Karma is an universal law of cause and effect.
All kinds of depression are caused by something, with depression by being the effects.
I say "effects" because depression usually has more than one cause occuring simultaneously.
Depression is not a disease or illness such as cough, diabetes, maleria etc.
It is more like a dangerous illness such as cancer, tumour etc.
